Use the NHS Wales App
The quickest and easiest way to reorder your repeat prescriptions is through the NHS Wales App. Download it on your iPhone or Android phone, log in with your NHS login, and reorder your medication in just a few taps — any time of day.
Your request goes directly to your GP practice. You will be notified when your prescription is ready to collect from us.
How to reorder using the NHS Wales App
- 1Download the NHS Wales App from the App Store or Google Play
- 2Log in using your NHS login (the same details you use for other NHS services)
- 3Go to Prescriptions and select the medication you need to reorder
- 4Submit your request — it goes straight to your GP practice
- 5Collect your prescription from Creigiau Pharmacy when it is ready
Electronic Prescription Service (EPS)
Creigiau Pharmacy is fully set up for the Electronic Prescription Service (EPS). This means your GP can send your prescription directly to us electronically — no paper needed and no need to collect a prescription from the surgery first.
Once your GP sends the prescription, we receive it automatically. You can then track the status of your prescription in the NHS Wales App — so you will know exactly when it is ready to collect.
To take advantage of EPS, simply nominate Creigiau Pharmacy as your preferred pharmacy at your GP surgery or through the NHS Wales App. You only need to do this once.
How EPS works

- 2The prescription is sent directly to Creigiau Pharmacy
- 3Open the NHS Wales App to track when your prescription is being prepared
- 4You will be notified when it is ready to collect
- 5Come in and collect — no waiting, no paperwork

We collect prescriptions from local surgeries including Parc Canol Group Practice, Pentyrch, Radyr, Llandaff, Old School Surgery, and New Park Surgery.
Private Prescriptions
We dispense private prescriptions for all our clinical services, including weight management, TRT, HRT, and travel medications.
