NHS Funded
Common Ailments Service
Get free advice and treatment for 26 common conditions — without waiting for a GP appointment. Funded by NHS Wales.
What is the Common Ailments Service?
The NHS Common Ailments Service means you can come directly to us for free advice and treatment for a range of everyday conditions — instead of booking a GP appointment that might take days to secure.
This service is fully funded by NHS Wales. There is no charge to you and no referral needed — just walk in or book an appointment.
Please note that for some conditions, we will provide expert advice rather than a medical treatment, depending on clinical assessment.
